These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Esimora’s services, including our mobile apps, website, and related connectivity products (“Services”). By registering for an account, purchasing an eSIM, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
End Users: Individuals purchasing and using eSIMs for personal travel or roaming use.
Esimora is designed exclusively for end users and does not support business or reseller accounts.
Esimora allows users to browse, purchase, and activate eSIM packages compatible with supported mobile devices. These packages vary by:
– Country/Region
– Data volume (e.g., 1 GB, 5 GB)
– Validity duration (e.g., 7 days, 30 days)
– Price and availability
– You must provide accurate personal information (name, email, etc.) when creating an account.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
– Esimora is not liable for unauthorized access due to lost or shared passwords.
– Upon successful payment, a QR code will be delivered with installation instructions.
IMPORTANT: Each eSIM is valid for installation on a single device and can only be installed once. If you delete the eSIM or perform a factory reset on your phone, the eSIM may become permanently unusable. Esimora cannot offer a refund or replacement in such cases.
– Please check your device’s eSIM compatibility before purchase.
– You may view your active packages, remaining data, and time validity through your account.
– Actual data usage is measured by partner networks and displayed accordingly.
– Esimora is not responsible for data consumed outside of your control (e.g., background app usage).
– eSIM purchases are final and non-refundable, except in rare cases (e.g., failure to deliver QR).
– Accidental deletion of eSIMs
– Incompatible devices
– Network coverage limitations
– Promo codes, referral bonuses, and discounts may be offered with time-limited conditions.
– Customers may be rewarded for deleting old eSIMs from their devices, but verification by Esimora is required before credits are issued.
– You can submit a support ticket through the Esimora app or website.
– While we aim to respond quickly, resolution times may vary based on the complexity of the issue.
– You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.
– Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
– You breach these Terms or applicable laws
– All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
– We may retain account-related data for up to 6 months after account closure, unless otherwise required by law.
– Esimora may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Services after an update, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of UK. Disputes may be resolved in accordance with local arbitration or judicial processes.
